The main aim of "e-Learn" is to develop a common resource basis for all Leonardo projects interested in the use of ICT in learning systems, based on achievements of previous Leonardo Projects and on capitalisation and dissemination of state of the art knowledge of market, policy, practice and research in the field of ICT for learning. This resource basis will consist mainly in thematic surveys on LEONARDO projects results and thematic reports, and it will support the dissemination, the visibility and the sustainability of the LEONARDO project outputs. The e-Learn project addresses as main target groups: Leonardo Project promoters; the Leonardo Programme itself (EU Commission and National Infrastructure); Policy makers; international organisations (OECD, UNESCO, Council of Europe, etc.) and those professionals involved in the ICT for learning field
